Accu-Chek Smart Pix reading device in detail
The Accu-Chek Smart Pix reading device offers state-of-the-art connectivity. The device is recognised by the PC as a mass storage device - similar to a USB memory stick. With the readout device, blood glucose and insulin pump data can be read out in a matter of seconds. The read-out data can be displayed in various graphics as required. The visualisation of trends and patterns in the course of therapy can be easily implemented with the Smart Pix, whereby the effects of BE or sport on blood glucose are also displayed.
No software installation required
The fact that no software needs to be installed is particularly attractive about the Smart Pix readout device. The plug-n-play functionality of the web browser and the operating system is used to operate the device. The integrated setup function can be used to customise individual requirements and save them permanently in the device - even after disconnecting the USB connection or switching off the device.
