Shiva, whose name means "kind" or "merciful", embodies many opposites. He is both benevolent and mischievous, both meditative and ecstatic. He is a god of the universe, but has a special affection for certain earthly places such as Mount Kailash and the city of Benares.
Shiva is worshipped in various forms: as a great yogi who practices asceticism and devotes himself to meditation, as the great lord of the world or as the lord of dance, Nataraja, who crushes ignorance under his feet and destroys everything that is not built on truth and love.
Through the depiction of Shiva Nataraja, this product symbolises the current great purification period of our planet. It is a 16.5 cm high brass figure that weighs around 400 g.
