- Long-term use of painkillers can lead to headaches caused by the painkiller. Talk to your doctor to prevent your headaches from becoming chronic.
- The habitual use of painkillers can lead to permanent kidney damage. If several painkillers are combined or if one painkiller contains several active ingredients, the risk of this increases.
- Caution with allergies to painkillers!
- Take care if you are allergic to binders (e.g. carboxymethylcellulose with the E number E 466)!
- There may be drugs with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicine you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

Butylscopolamine: The active ingredient influences the nervous system by preventing the transmission of certain stimuli. Various neurotransmitters are involved in the transmission of stimuli and their function is partially suppressed by butylscopolamine. In this way, the drug is able to relieve spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, the biliary and urinary tracts and the uterus.

Paracetamol: The active ingredient has an analgesic and antipyretic effect. It also has mild anti-inflammatory properties. It blocks the formation of certain messenger substances in the body, known as prostaglandins. These are significantly involved in the development of pain, fever and inflammation.

Application
