Erler Zimmer anatomical brain model, life-size, 5-piece - EZ Augmented Anatomy in detail
This life-size brain model presents the basic anatomy of the brain in detailed painting. The left half can be divided into four parts, namely the frontal and lateral lobes, the temporal and occipital lobes, the brain stem and the cerebellum. In the brain stem you will find the trigeminal nerve (V), abducens nerve (VI), vestibulocochlear nerve (VIII), facial and intermediate nerve (VII), trochlear nerve (IV), olfactory nerve (I), glossopharyngeal nerve (IX), vagus nerve (X), olfactory nerve (XI), ventral cervical nerve roots and hypoglossal nerve (XII). In addition, the hippocampus is shown on the brain stem to emphasise the connection between the hippocampus and the fornix as well as the corpus mammilaria in the brain stem. The choroid plexus is also shown. This model fits the skull models with item numbers 4500, 4505, 4508, 4509, 4512, 4514, 4701 and 4708 and is also compatible with the falx cerebri model with item number C925.
