How to use?
Prepare the tea and drink it straight away. Pour boiling water over the tea (approx. 150 ml) and leave to infuse for approx. 10-15 minutes.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 1 week without medical advice if there is no improvement in the symptoms after this time or if the symptoms recur regularly.
