Heine Flextip+ Sets LED in detail

The FLEXTIP+ laryngoscope set from Heine presents fibre-optic FlexTip+ Macintosh blades, which can be tilted up to 70° thanks to their split tip. This feature allows precise epiglottis elevation and improved visibility of the vocal cords during intubation, avoiding pressure on teeth and soft tissues.

  • Optimised illumination: Equipped with Heine HiLite glass fibre bundles for improved light transmission and a clear view. The integrated glass fibres provide excellent illumination throughout the entire process.
  • Flexibility and compatibility: The blades are made of high quality stainless steel and fit all Heine fibre optic handles except OI. They are also compatible with all ISO 7376 handles with a green ring, which emphasises their versatility.
  • Durability and reliability: The FLEXTIP+ blades are baked and offer a long service life. They can be sterilised up to 4000 times at 134°C/5 minutes and provide an illumination level of over 1000 lux, underlining their robustness and performance.
  • Choice of handles: The set can be combined with various Heine laryngoscope handles, including the standard FO laryngoscope handles with halogen lamp, the LED laryngoscope handles and the Easy Clean laryngoscope handle with LED lamp. Each handle offers specific advantages such as long battery life, bright LED illumination and easy disinfection.

The FLEXTIP+ laryngoscope set from Heine combines innovation, quality and reliability for precise and gentle intubations.
