How to use
The Nicotinell® 14 mg patch is applied to the skin once a day, ideally in the morning after getting up on a clean, hairless and dry area of skin. It offers a discreet and long-lasting nicotine supply that also works at night.
Active ingredients

Application scheme
The strength of the patch depends on previous cigarette consumption:
- Medium (strength 2) for less than 20 cigarettes/day
- Light (strength 3) in later phases of therapy
Instructions for use
- The patch should be applied to different areas such as the upper arm, shoulder area or upper hip.
- Do not use more than one patch at a time.

Combination therapy
If you have a strong desire to smoke, use Nicotinell Chewing Gum 2 mg in addition to Nicotinell® 24-hour patch. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 64 mg nicotine.
Duration of therapy
The average duration of therapy is 9-12 weeks, with the amount of nicotine being gradually reduced to support successful cessation.
