Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).
Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 6 months without medical advice. Consult your doctor if psychological complaints such as mood swings, nervousness and irritability persist after 6 weeks of treatment.
Overdosage?
Overdosing can lead to gastrointestinal complaints and allergic skin reactions, among other things. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.
Forgotten to take it?
Continue taking the medicine as normal (i.e. not double the amount) at the next prescribed time.
As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing for infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.
A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.

- Children and adolescents under the age of 18: The medicinal product must not be used.

- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the medicinal product should not be used.
- Lactation: According to current knowledge, use is not recommended. Breastfeeding may need to be considered.

- Avoid excessive UV radiation, e.g. in solariums or during extended sunbathing, because the skin reacts more sensitively during the use of the medicine.
- Take care if you are allergic to ascorbic acid (vitamin C)!
- Caution in case of allergy to colorants (e.g. indigo carmine with the E number E 132)!
- Take care if you are intolerant to lactose. If you have to follow a diabetes diet, you should take the sugar content into account.
- Take care if you are allergic to peanuts and soy.
- There may be medicines with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicine you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
How do the ingredients of the medicine work?
The ingredients come from various plants and act as a natural mixture. The ingredients of St. John's wort have a calming and sleep-promoting effect and also have mood-enhancing properties. The extracts of black cohosh rhizome influence the effect of female hormones, especially estrogen, and are therefore used to treat menopausal symptoms.
