Calibration of the Urisys 1100
After the Urisys system has already been calibrated at the factory before delivery, the process must be repeated when the system is first put into operation and then every 7 days using the Control-Test M strips. The Control-Test M consists of a standard grey plastic strip with a defined, constant remission. The calibration compensates for the ageing processes of the optics and the grey reference field in the slide. If there are significant deviations, for example due to a dirty reference field or the light intensity of a defective LED is too low, an error message appears.
The recalibration is automatically requested by the Urisys 1100 system on a weekly basis.

Advantages
