Sonnentor Aunt Mizzi's roast spice in detail
The recipe for Sunday roasts is, like many family recipes, a well-kept secret. Nevertheless, we tried to coax it out of Auntie Mizzi. It's not so easy to capture this "after-feeling seasoning".
