Sonnentor Smokey Paprika in detail

Smokey Paprika has everything a perfect barbecue marinade needs. The traditionally smoked spice provides distinctive flavours. Grilled food and steaks like to lose themselves in its fine, smoky paprika flavours. It is best to prepare a paste of oil and spice and coat the food with it. Paprika burns very quickly, so do not use it for direct grilling.

OFTEN QUESTIONED

Are SONNENTOR's pepper varieties gluten-free?

Gluten is no longer used in our production. In the past, raw materials containing gluten (crushed spelt for muesli) were also processed in some cases, but this has no longer been the case since the end of 2020. The green oat haulm we use also contains no gluten, as it is harvested when the dough is ripe.

Compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in processing is strictly observed in order to avoid cross-contamination. There are cleaning plans in which all cleaning work is recorded - so it is traceable in all work areas.

Thanks to all these measures in our company, we can largely rule out cross-contamination and therefore label our paprika varieties as "gluten-free"
