- Increased tendency to bleed
- Liver failure

- Elevated oxalic acid levels in the urine (hyperoxaluria)
- Iron storage disease, e.g. thalassaemia, haemochromatosis
Under certain circumstances - talk to your doctor or pharmacist about this:
- Tendency to allergies
- Bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, including bleeding that has occurred in the past
- Impaired liver function
- Impaired kidney function
- Impending surgery
- Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (specific inherited metabolic disorder)
- Tendency to gout attacks
Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 12 years of age: The medicine may only be used after consultation with a doctor or under medical supervision.What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: Consult your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the medicine can be used during pregnancy.- Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor or pharmacist. They will check your particular situation and advise you accordingly as to whether and how you can continue breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity reactions of the skin
- Allergic reactions, especially in asthmatics, such as
- attacks of breathlessness

What should you watch out for?
- In case of pain or fever, do not use for longer than specified in the package leaflet without medical advice!- Prolonged use of painkillers can lead to headaches caused by the painkiller. Talk to your doctor to prevent your headache from becoming chronic.
- The habitual use of painkillers can lead to permanent kidney damage. If several painkillers are combined or if one painkiller contains several active ingredients, the risk of this increases.
- In children and adolescents with febrile illnesses, the medicine should only be given on medical advice. Reye's syndrome, a rare but life-threatening condition in which prolonged vomiting occurs, may occur.
- Caution: Patients with nasal polyps, chronic respiratory tract infections, asthma or a tendency to allergic reactions such as hay fever: The medicine may trigger an asthma attack or a severe allergic skin reaction. Therefore, consult your doctor before use.
- Before an operation - this also includes minor procedures such as tooth extraction - tell your doctor that you are taking/using the medicine, as the bleeding time may be prolonged.
- Take care if you are allergic to ascorbic acid (vitamin C)!
- There may be medicines with which interactions occur. You should therefore always tell your doctor or pharmacist about any other medicine you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
- Alcohol consumption should be avoided as far as possible during long-term treatment. Occasional consumption of alcohol in small quantities is permitted, but not together with the medication.
How do the ingredients of the medicine work?
The medicine consists of a combination of active ingredients. The active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid has an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect at the same time. It blocks the formation of certain messenger substances in the body, known as prostaglandins. These are significantly involved in the development of pain, fever and inflammation.Use

Dosage
General dosage recommendation:- 1-2 effervescent tablets
- 1-3 times daily
- Adolescents from 12 years and adults
- at intervals of 4-8 hours, with a meal
- Maximum dose: A dose of 6 effervescent tablets per day should not be exceeded.
