A special feature of the BIO succary dates grown in Saudi Arabia is their different ripening times. The earlier they are harvested, the juicier and fruitier they are. Due to these different harvest times, organic succary dates are categorised as "crunchy soft" and "extra soft".

Did you know? The first harvested dates are picked by hand and very carefully from the vine and are very moist and soft. During the main harvest, the dates are only harvested when they have reached a certain firmness and are then shaken from the vine so as not to damage them. The dates are then gently cleaned with a damp cotton cloth and immediately cooled to preserve their special freshness.
In order to preserve the quality and flavour of our organic dates in the long term, we recommend that you store them in the fridge or freezer. Our organic dates are a fresh natural product in raw food quality and contain no additives or preservatives.
