To ensure that you are adequately supplied with selenium, it is advisable to supplement your daily diet with selenium.

Recommended intake:

The simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, as this can impair the optimum availability of sodium selenite. However, a time interval of at least one hour no longer has any influence.
