The tea is made from pure Cistus incanus herb, without the addition of other ingredients. To make a cup of tea, put about 1 teaspoon (approx. 2-2.5 g) of cistus tea in a cup and pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over it. Then leave the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes and strain through a tea strainer.
