The Cleartest® HISTO H.P. is a highly accurate rapid urease test developed for the detection of Helicobacter pylori in tissue samples. Based on the reaction of urea with the urease of the bacterium, the test indicates the presence of Helicobacter pylori by a colour change from yellow to red-violet. It provides reliable results within 30 minutes and is ideal for professional in-vitro diagnostics.
- Easy to use: Mix the lyophilisate with 0.5 ml distilled water and add the tissue sample.
- Fast and accurate results: Colour change occurs within 30 minutes; rechecking after 3 and 24 hours is recommended to ensure no false negatives.
- Convenient packaging: Includes 10 or 20 reaction vials, distilled water, labels and a workstation.
