Doppelherz® Active Vegetarian Vitamins+Minerals Tablets offer a balanced composition of nutrients for vegetarians and vegans. They contain important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B12, iron, zinc, calcium and vitamin D, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system, haematopoiesis and bone health. These tablets are ideal as a supplement to a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients:
These tablets contain calcium carbonate, cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, gum arabic and silicon dioxide, ferrous fumarate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids and edible fatty acids, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, potassium iodide, cyanocobalamin and cholecalciferol.

- Vitamin B1: 2.2 mg (200% of the NRV*)
- Vitamin B2: 2.8 mg (200% of the NRV*)
- Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (100% of the NRV*)
- Vitamin B12: 5 µg (100% of the NRV*)
- Vitamin D: 5 µg (100% of the NRV*)
- Calcium: 400 mg (50% of the NRV*)
- Zinc: 5 mg (50% of the NRV*)
- Iron: 10 mg (71% of the NRV*)
- Iodine: 100 µg (67% of the NRV*)
Recommended intake:
It is recommended to take one tablet daily unchewed with sufficient liquid. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
Storage:
Please store the tablets in a cool place (6-25 °C) and protected from light. Keep them out of the reach of children.
