Erler Zimmer bronchoscopy trainer in detail
This model is ideal for practising with conventional and ultrafine bronchoscopes. Thanks to special manufacturing methods, it is now possible to visualise ultrafine bronchioles more accurately than ever before. Previous methods only allowed visualisation up to B1aia, but with ultrafine bronchoscopy you can now reach the entire distal bronchus area. The model is made of special silicone that behaves just as elastically as a real bronchus when the bronchoscope is inserted. In addition, the inside of the bronchus is kept in natural colours, as is the case with the human bronchus. Both the bronchial tree and the holder can be easily removed from the housing. The bronchus itself can be removed and rinsed to ensure thorough cleaning.
