Erler Zimmer trainer for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) in detail
This plastic model represents the human stomach in an almost lifelike way and is perfect for ESD training.
To ensure that the endoscope works properly, the area from the oesophagus to the stomach is made of soft plastic.
You can insert a real, dissected pig stomach plate into the corresponding area, providing a realistic simulation of the human stomach wall for practising endoscopic procedures.
The following areas are available for placing the tissue:
- Vestibular anterior wall
- Vestibular posterior wall
- Large curvature or incisura angularis
- Small curvature
- Large curvature in the body of the stomach
