Folio 1 basic offers a targeted nutritional supplement for women who want to become pregnant or are already pregnant up to the 12th week of pregnancy. Contains essential active ingredients such as folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin D3 and iodine, which are essential for the healthy development of the foetus and to support the mother during pregnancy. Please note that food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and lifestyle.
Active ingredients:
- Folic acid: Each tablet contains 0.8 mg folic acid, an important substance for cell division and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
- Potassium iodide: To support the normal function of the thyroid gland.
- Cyanocobalamin: Also known as vitamin B12, plays an important role in the nervous and immune systems.
- Colecalciferol: Better known as vitamin D3, supports the maintenance of healthy bones and muscle function.
Application and dosage:
- Start taking Folio 1 basic as soon as you wish to have children and take it until the 12th week of pregnancy.
- Take one tablet a day during a meal or snack to ensure optimum absorption of the active ingredients.
Advice:
- Store the product in a cool, dry place away from light.
- Suitable for women who exercise or use hormonal contraceptives, as there is an increased need for folic acid and other nutrients.
- If no additional iodine may be taken for medical reasons, please choose the Folio 1 basic iodine-free variant.
