Klamath (AFA) algae powder 100 g in detail
Klamath (AFA) algae are a special type of cyanobacteria called Aphanizomenon flosaquaue, which have existed for over 3.5 billion years. In the history of evolution, they are regarded as the pioneers of photosynthesis.
In addition to secondary plant substances such as chlorophyll and phycocyanin, these algae also contain almost 70% high-quality plant protein as well as important vitamins and minerals.
Thanks to a special drying process, the algae are only heated to around 38°C for a short time. This ensures that the valuable nutrients and sensitive pigments, which are responsible for the colour and taste, are optimally preserved.
