Pro B 10 cultures are a culture complex of 10 bacterial strains and 3 billion CFU (colony forming units) per capsule, which support the intestines, digestion and the immune system. The bacterial cultures are gastro-resistant thanks to microencapsulation to protect them from stomach acid. In addition, the mixture contains inulin, which serves as a nutrient for the bacteria to maintain their viability. The vegan capsule shells are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is water-soluble and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Recommended dosage
- Take 1 capsule once a day after a meal with plenty of liquid (200-300 ml).
