CoaguChek XS in detail
The CoaguChek XS system is easy to use and delivers fast, reliable results after just 1 minute. The blood sample can be applied to three sides of the test strip - from above as well as from both sides. Before each measurement, the device performs an integrated quality control, which ensures the quality of the test strips. The measured INR or Quick value provides immediate information about the clotting time after the measurement, even with a sample volume of just 10 µl. The blood can be obtained from the fingertip using the CoaguChek Softclix lancing device. If the measured INR or Quick value is not within the therapeutic range, the dose of medication can be adjusted immediately.Advantages
