The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

How to use?
Prepare the medicine and take it. Dilute it with water.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 2 weeks without medical advice. If your symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Overdosage?
Overdosing can lead to alcohol poisoning. Small children are particularly at risk. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

Have you forgotten to take it?
Continue taking the medicine as normal (i.e. not double the amount) at the next prescribed time.

As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.

Storage before opening
The medicine must be stored away from heat.
Storage after opening or preparation
The medicinal product may be used for a maximum of 6 months after opening/preparation!
The medicinal product must be stored at room temperature after opening/preparation.

Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 12 years of age: The medicine must not be used.

What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the medicinal product should not be used.
- Lactation: According to current knowledge, use is not recommended. Breastfeeding may need to be considered.

- The ability to react may be impaired even when used as intended, especially at higher doses or in combination with alcohol. Pay particular attention if you are driving or operating machinery (including household machinery) that could cause injury.
- The medicine contains alcohol and therefore poses a risk to people with liver disease, alcoholics, epileptics, people with brain damage, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children.
How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

The ingredients come from various plants and act as a natural mixture. Valerian has an anxiolytic, calming and sleep-inducing effect. The essential oils of lemon balm relieve nervousness and tension.
