Still green behind the ears and already the "father of all nutrients". This is the meaning of the name "alfalfa", which has its origins in Arabic culture. The sprout jar provides the best breeding ground for growing. After soaking for 6 to 8 hours, the sprouts need at least 6 days before they can be harvested (this is how long it takes for the plant's own antifeedant, canavanine, to break down). Enrich your salads and soups!
