Our tri-magnesium dicitrate consists of magnesium salt of citric acid. The difference between normal magnesium citrate and tri-magnesium dicitrate is that instead of 7-8% pure magnesium, it contains at least 15% pure magnesium.
Our tri-magnesium dicitrate is an organic magnesium and therefore very well tolerated by the stomach. This is due to its alkaline pH value of 7.0 to 8.0. It can reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain and restore the body's magnesium levels. It also promotes normal muscle function and nervous system function.
