Apply the medicine to a clean, dry and uninjured area of skin. The patch should remain on the skin for 4-8 hours. Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice. If symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.
Overdosage?
No overdosage symptoms are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
As a general rule: Ensure a conscientious dosage, especially for infants, small children and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.
A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.
Storage before opening
The medicine must be stored away from heat.
Storage after opening or preparation
The medicinal product may be used for a maximum of 3 months after opening/preparation!
After opening/preparation, the medicinal product must
- at room temperature
- protected from moisture (e.g. in a tightly closed container)
must be stored!

- Damaged skin or mucous membranes (e.g. wounds, eczema)
Which age group should be considered?
- Children and adolescents under the age of 18: As a rule, the medicinal product should not be used in this age group.
What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: The medicinal product must not be used.
- Lactation: The medicinal product must not be used.
If you have been prescribed the medicine despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit may be greater than the risk associated with use in the case of a contraindication.what adverse effects can occur?

- Caution in case of allergy to paprika and cayenne pepper!
- Caution in case of allergy to binding agents (e.g. carboxymethylcellulose with the E number E 466)!
- Parabens (preservatives e.g. E 214 - E 219) can cause hypersensitivity reactions, even with a time delay.
- Solvents (e.g. propylene glycol, E 477) can cause skin irritation.
- There may be drugs with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicine you are already using before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
How does the ingredient of the medicine work?
When applied externally, the substance penetrates the skin tissue and docks onto special binding sites on the nerve cells. According to the manufacturers, this leads to the release of certain messenger substances that reduce the perception of pain and also dampen the sensation of pain.
