This plant, also known as tragacanth or huang qi, is widespread in Asia and has been valued for many thousands of years. It grows mainly in China and Mongolia and has spread throughout the northern hemisphere due to its adaptability. Astragalus has been widely used in Asian herbalism for thousands of years.
Our Astragalus extract powder has a high content of polysaccharides (40%) and astragalosides (0.5%). It can be easily stirred into liquids such as juices, shakes, milk or other drinks. You can also mix it into your muesli, tea or salad - just as you like it.
