The Aesculap non-stick generator can actively reduce the power if required, which prevents excessive heat development as well as carbonisation and adhesion of tissue. The generator operates at a voltage of 110 Vp in standard mode, which prevents the formation of microsparks. In addition, real-time monitoring and adjustment of coagulation parameters is guaranteed without negatively influencing the coagulation speed. Spark formation and thus hot spots are excluded. The power can be precisely adjusted using the rotary knob. The device can be activated using the single-pedal foot switch.
