DHU Schuessler salts are homeopathic medicines that are intended to strengthen the immune system and improve oxygen uptake in the body. Salt No. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum is particularly helpful in the cold season to feel vital and energised. The iron in the salt supports blood circulation and healing processes in the body. Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should take 5 granules once to three times a day. The frequency can be reduced if the symptoms improve. Babies, children and adolescents should take a reduced dose depending on their age. It is best to allow the dispersible tablets to slowly dissolve in the mouth half an hour before or after eating.
