Doppelherz® active sea fish oil omega-3 1000 mg + folic acid + B1 + B6 + B12 is a food supplement containing high-quality sea fish oil. It provides important omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA, together with folic acid, vitamin B1, B6, B12 and vitamin E. These ingredients play an important role in normal heart function and homocysteine metabolism.
The capsules contain sea fish oil, which consists of 30% omega-3 fatty acids. One capsule contains 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA, which are essential for normal heart function. The supplement is also rich in vitamin E, folic acid and vitamins B1, B6 and B12, which help to support a healthy lifestyle.
To achieve the maximum effect, we recommend taking two capsules a day with sufficient liquid. Please note that the recommended daily amount should not be exceeded and the product is not suitable for children and adolescents.
