AmbuMan - Basic in detail
The AmbuMan is a cost-effective training device that has been specially developed for BLS algorithm training. It has a visual display for the compression depth and ventilation volume. Thanks to its hygiene system, cross-infection is prevented.
Correct head hyperextension is required to ensure realistic ventilation. In this way, the raising and lowering of the chest is visible. The AmbuMan is both cost-effective and reliable.
The closed torso enables optimal training for the use of a training AED and the placement of defibrillation electrodes. Realistic ventilation is only possible when the head is correctly extended and creates realistic breathing resistance. Exhalation through the mouth and nose is audible, as is the raising and lowering of the chest.
