Active ingredients:
- 300 I.U. heparin sodium from pigs
Excipients:
- Isopropanol
- Mountain pine oil
- Disodium edetate-2-water
- Polyoxyethylene (6)-caprylic acid/capric acid glyceride

- Levomenthol
- Polyacrylic acid
- Polysorbate 80

Indication:
Heparin AL Gel 30.000 is used for the supportive treatment of acute swelling after blunt injuries. It relieves swelling, promotes blood circulation and cools the affected area.
Dosage:
- Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, apply thinly and evenly to the affected area 2-3 times a day.
- Do not use for longer than 10 days.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
Application:
- For external use on the skin.
- Do not apply to open wounds or weeping eczema.
- When using under a bandage: apply a thick layer of gel and apply an ointment dressing or elastic bandage.
- If there are signs of intolerance, discontinue treatment and seek medical advice.
Side effects:
- Occasional: Mild skin irritation or redness.
- Very rare: Allergic reactions such as skin rash or itching.
- In the event of severe side effects or hypersensitivity reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Interactions:
- No known interactions with topical application.
Contraindications:
- Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to heparin or any of the other ingredients.
- Do not use on open wounds or in case of acute allergic reactions to heparin.
