Nori flakes are fine, sun-dried seaweed that are rich in minerals and are particularly popular in Japanese and Chinese cuisine. These nori flakes are organically grown in the wild off the Atlantic coast of Argentina and are ideal for use as a topping on salads, soups, vegetable or noodle dishes. Their flavour is reminiscent of the nori leaves used in sushi and they have a gristly texture.
