Omega 3 Veggie Algae Oil 30 ml in detail
Our algae oil is an excellent alternative to conventional fish oil and is therefore ideal for vegans and vegetarians as it is obtained from algae. Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children also benefit from the positive effects of omega-3 fatty acids, as algae oil provides almost as many omega-3 fatty acids as fish and seafood.
Our Omega-3 Veggi Algae Oil provides you with two of the most important, essential polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are contained in our algae oil in a particularly bioactive form. DHA and EPA are essential as the body cannot produce them itself and they must therefore be taken in with food or food supplements. Pregnant women in particular should have a sufficient supply of DHA, as the child's brain growth requires a lot of DHA.
Due to their natural origin, the ingredients in our Omega-3 Veggi Algae Oil are particularly valuable and have optimum bioavailability. Due to its liquid form, our high-quality algae oil can be used in the kitchen, for example with muesli, juices, quark or as a dressing for salads.
Why should you take algae oil?

What makes our vegan omega-3 algae oil drops special?
In addition to avoiding genetically modified substances, derivatives, artificial flavourings and preservatives, we use an algae oil that is obtained without chemical solvents during production. The algae are cultivated gently and sustainably. Each batch is analysed in the laboratory for heavy metals and other impurities, as quality and purity are our top priority.

Recommended intake: Take 1 x 25 drops daily with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are no substitute for a healthy, varied and balanced diet. Keep the product protected from light, dry and out of the reach of small children.
Note: The need for omega-3 fatty acids increases if you consume (too) many omega-6 fatty acids (sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, safflower oil, corn oil, margarine, cereals, meat).
Note: According to EFSA, pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take more than 500 mg DHA with food supplements.
