B. Braun Novosyn® Quick suture material in detail
The short-term reiable, absorbable, synthetic, braided suture material Novosyn® Quick consists of a copolymer of 90 % glycolide and 10 % L-lactide. It impresses with its high tensile strength, low tissue trauma for ideal wound healing and improved suture properties for greater patient comfort. 50 % of the original tensile strength remains after approx. 5 days. Complete resorption takes place in approximately 42 days.
