B. Braun PCA kit in detail
With the connection of the PCA button, the B. Braun Space pump becomes a PCA pump. A medication database with at least one medication is required for PCA. This must be activated for the PCA profile, which defines the conditions that guarantee effective and safe therapy. Patients can self-administer painkillers using the PCA button. The A/D ratio (administration/refusal) is automatically calculated and displayed.
