Nutritional supplement with essential amino acids and histidine:

Our tablets contain essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, methionine, threonine, phenylalanine, tryptophan) and the semi-essential amino acid histidine. These are obtained by natural fermentation of plant material and are not produced synthetically. Our capsules contain no additives such as silicon dioxide or microcrystalline cellulose and are free from artificial flavourings and sweeteners.

Amino acids have various effects on the body and are particularly important for the formation of proteins such as hormones and enzymes. The essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself and must therefore be taken in through food. Our EAA tablets can be particularly beneficial for vegans and vegetarians, as there are few plant-based foods that offer a similar amino acid profile.

Our recommended daily intake is 6 tablets, taken with sufficient liquid. Each tablet contains the following amino acids: L-leucine (23.88%), L-lysine (16.53%), L-isoleucine (12.86%), L-valine (12.4%), L-threonine (10.10%), L-phenylalanine (9.18%), L-methionine (7.35%), L-histidine (4.96%), L-tryptophan (2.74%). The specified amount must not be exceeded.

There is no recommendation for the daily amount of these nutrients.
