This affordable arm injection trainer offers a high level of realism, fine detail and the advantage of mobility due to its low weight. The injection trainer comes in a plastic case that can also be used as a workstation. It contains everything you need to start training in IV injections. The trainer is made of soft material and has realistic veins that are both visible and palpable. The veins are located in the antecubital fossa and along the forearm, so all common injection sites are available. When puncturing, the skin moves realistically and a typical resistance can be felt when the vein is punctured. This simulator is so cost-effective that each student can have their own trainer in the course. With normal use, it can perform hundreds of injections, but it is a disposable simulator that needs to be completely replaced when it wears out. The trainer is supplied with blood powder, a blood bag, syringes and a carrying case.
