Erler Zimmer stomach with gastric ulcers in detail
This scaled-down model shows you different stages of gastritis, ranging from a mild gastric ulcer to gastric perforation. The model is divided into oesophageal approach, stomach and duodenal approach and shows the following pathologies:
- Hypertrophic gastritis
- Atrophic gastritis
- Hemorrhagic gastritis
- Erosive gastritis
- Erythematous gastritis
- Healing stage with scarring
- Bloody Gastric ulcer
- Perforated gastric ulcer
The model stands on a base and measures 12 x 9 x 2 cm for the stomach and 12 x 3 x 1 cm for the cross-section. It weighs 0.2 kg.
