This model offers you a realistic simulation of a vaginal examination. You can monitor the progress of labour and check the dilation of the cervix. You can also feel the fontanelles and sutures and check the position of the baby's head.
The practical model set contains a foetal head, a genital segment, a foetal buttocks for demonstrating the breech position and four interchangeable dilation models (1, 3, 4 and 8 cm). The foetal head and the four dilation models have been improved to be even more realistic and durable. All components fit into a sturdy plastic case that allows for easy display and cleaning.
With this model, you can perform various exercises, including vaginal examination, assessment of labour progress and dilation, palpation of the fontanelles and cranial sutures, and assessment of the position of the baby's head. The set is supplied with lubricant, teaching suggestions in English and a practical carrying case. The size of the model is 14 x 13 x 22 cm.
