The Thoraxis thoracic simulator for spinal anaesthesia is a simulator that has been specially developed for neuraxial blockades. With this model, you can practise realistic thoracic dural punctures. The simulator has ultrasound-enabled anatomical structures that allow you to find the correct target areas.
The Thoraxis Simulator offers the following features:
- Spinal space: A fluid-filled tube simulates the click and the cerebrospinal fluid.
- Epidural space: Here you can simulate the LOR technique.
- Vertebral bodies: The interspaces are provided with visible and palpable spinous processes to make it easier to locate.
