HEINE FlexTip+F.O. Laryngoscope set with blade Mac 3 and Mac 4 set in detail
The FlexTip+ F.O. Laryngoscope Set offers a precise view of the laryngeal inlet and vocal cords thanks to the bendable distal end of the Macintosh blade (up to 70°). This design lifts the epiglottis and reduces pressure on the tongue and throat area.
The Heine HiLite F.O. light guides are equipped with more than 6500 fibres, which ensure optimum light transmission and a longer service life. Excellent illumination is achieved by protecting the fibre bundles at both ends from mechanical damage and the large cross-section of the integrated light guide. The angled blade end facilitates difficult intubations and minimises the risk of injury in demanding patients.
The high-quality stainless steel construction ensures a long service life. Even after 4000 standard autoclaving cycles at 134°C/4min, the blade with Heine HiLite light guide retains an illumination level of well over 1000 lux.
