Marshmallow tincture 100ml in detail
Marshmallow - also known as Althaea officinalis
Parts of plant used: Only marshmallow leaves and marshmallow flowers
Recommended dosage: Take 30 drops diluted with 150 ml water twice a day
Adding 150 ml water reduces the alcohol content of the tincture to 0.62-0.65%.
The recommended dosage corresponds to a daily dose of 410 mg of marshmallow leaves and flowers.
Ingredients: Organic ethanol, spring water from the Alps, marshmallow leaves and marshmallow flowers.
The tincture is made using 7.5 g of marshmallow leaves and 7.5 g of marshmallow flowers per 100 ml of 96% organic ethanol. The alcohol content of the mother tincture is reduced to 62-65% after adding plant minerals with spring water.
