The high-quality nutrient complex Mineral 650A contains organic minerals and trace elements that are optimally absorbed by the body. These vital substances are important for the formation of bones, the function of the nervous system and the regulation of the water and electrolyte balance. Increased sweating, e.g. during sport, can lead to an increased need for minerals and trace elements. Mineral 650A with magnesium, calcium and potassium can help to balance the electrolyte balance and support the metabolism.
The micronutrients it contains are also important for maintaining normal bones, reducing tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle and nerve function and normal acid-base metabolism.
Contents per daily serving:
- Calcium (from calcium citrate): 150 mg
- Magnesium (from magnesium citrate): 125 mg
- Chromium (from chromium picolinate): 100 µg
- Iron (from iron citrate): 5 mg
- Iodine (from potassium iodide): 50 µg
- Copper (from copper citrate): 1 mg
- Manganese (from manganese citrate): 2 mg
- Selenium (from selenomethionine): 100 µg
- Zinc (from zinc picolinate): 12.5 mg
Recommended intake: 3x1 capsule per day with or between meals.
