Roche Micral test in detail
The Roche Micral test can be used to immunologically determine microalbuminuria (MAU) in just one minute. The semi-quantitative test recognises even the smallest amounts of albumin in the urine (cut-off 20 mg/L). The Roche Micral test is therefore the earliest clinical marker when it comes to the diagnosis of nephropathy and serves as an indicator of an increased risk of cardiovascular events. The test is highly comparable to the quantitative laboratory method and is efficient and easy to use.
