Overdosage?
An overdose can lead to loss of consciousness, confusion and cardiovascular disorders. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

Always:
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- epilepsy
- Narrow-angle glaucoma
- Prostate enlargement with residual urine formation
- Pheochromocytoma (adrenaline-producing tumour)
- Poisoning (acute)

Under certain circumstances - talk to your doctor or pharmacist:
- Reflux oesophagitis (reflux disease with inflammation of the oesophagus)
- Bronchial asthma
- Chronic respiratory problems
- High blood pressure
- Cardiac insufficiency
- Tendency to seizures, i.e. family members or own history of epileptic seizures
- Brain damage
- Impaired liver function

Which age group should be considered?
- Children and adolescents under 18 years of age: The medicine should not generally be used in this age group.

What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: Consult your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the medicine can be used during pregnancy.
- Breastfeeding: Based on current knowledge, use is not recommended. Breastfeeding may need to be considered.

How does the active ingredient of the medicine work?

The active ingredient blocks receptors for a specific messenger substance called histamine. Via this blockade, it suppresses vasodilation and increased blood flow in the smallest blood vessels (capillaries) triggered by histamine. It also has a calming effect via the same mechanism.

- For sleep disorders, both falling asleep and sleeping through the nightConsult your doctor if your sleep disorders persist for more than a few days. The medicine is not suitable for long-term treatment.
