Fat-soluble vitamin D, also known as the "sun vitamin", is essential for your health as it is involved in many regulatory processes in the cells of your body. Although humans can produce vitamin D themselves with the help of sunlight, it may be necessary to take vitamin D3 through food or a supplement if the skin is not exposed to enough UV rays.
Why should you combine vitamin D3 and K2?
Vitamin K2, like vitamins D, A and E, is a fat-soluble vitamin and an essential nutrient. Vitamin K2 is important for the activation of osteocalcin and MGP (matrix GLA protein), which transport calcium to the bones and store it where it belongs. Vitamin K2 works synergistically with vitamin D, which promotes the formation of osteocalcin and MGP. It is also known that vitamin K2 can prevent or dissolve calcification of blood vessels and other tissues.
Vitamin D3 contributes to:
- the maintenance of normal bones, muscle function and teeth
- the normal function of the immune system and the absorption of calcium and phosphorus
- the normal level of calcium in the blood
- the normal function of cell division
Vitamin K2 is also a fat-soluble vitamin and is one of the natural forms of vitamin K. It is also essential for the normal functioning of the immune system. It is just as essential for the body as vitamin D3.
Vitamin K2 contributes to:
- normal blood clotting
- the maintenance of normal bones

Each drop contains: 1000 IU vitamin D3 & 20 mcg vitamin K2 with purified coconut-based MCT oil with tocopherols (MCT = medium-chain triglycerides)
Recommended intake: 1 drop once daily
