Ambu Spur II disposable resuscitation bag and mask in detail
In the event of respiratory arrest, an external oxygen supply is required. The ventilator masks with oxygen reservoir bags are optimised for such situations in emergency medicine. The mask is placed over the mouth and nose to allow the patient to breathe again. As soon as the breathing rhythm is stable again, the mask is removed. All bags are made of the environmentally friendly and modern plastic SEBS. The thin, durable bag and characteristic design ensure optimum deflation during the filling phase. The stroke volume can be controlled very well and the bag reacts very easily to compression. It also offers minimal mechanical resistance and thus provides the user with good feedback regarding the design.
