Erler Zimmer Partially Assembled Human Medical Study Skull in Detail
Offer Description: Anatomical Human Study Skull
This high-quality anatomical study skull consists of 22 separate skull bones and 32 individual teeth. It is carefully assembled and placed on a stand, along with the two separated parietal bones, to allow access to the inside of the skull. The 32 teeth can be removed individually. This skull may represent the skull of a young woman and shows all the details such as foramina, canals, sutures and minute features of a real skull. Also included are a case and a stand to store and display the skull.
Please note that the skull cannot be further disassembled, apart from the individually removable teeth. When purchasing this skull, you will also receive a scientific paper by Dr Boaz entitled "Osteological Tracing of Cranial Nerves". This paper contains two tables and a poster entitled "Bristle through bone: An osteological model approach to teaching the cranial nerves and foramina". The poster was presented by Noel Boaz and David Kronen at the American Association of Anatomists/Experimental Biology Congress in April 2006.
